Delivery to your doorstep by Express Courier

We use only the best national Express Couriers: BRT and DHL.
Delivery of what you order will be made by the Courier on the STREET FLOOR, on Working Days (from 08:30 to 18:00).
We recommend that you provide an address where someone is always present for pickup (for example: the concierge at your building, your office, or at a neighbor you know is most likely to be at home). Couriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and Post Offices.

If you are absent, the courier will leave a passing notice; if you do not contact the courier at the phone number listed on the passing notice, the courier will generally make a new delivery attempt after an additional 2-3 business days.
If this attempt is also unsuccessful, the shipment will go into storage and you will be contacted by our Customer Service Department with the aim of providing the Courier with more precise directions that may also meet your needs. In case it proves impossible to contact you or even the possible redelivery agreed with our Customer Service is impossible, we will proceed to the cancellation of the order (termination of the contract), the return of the product to our warehouses and the subsequent possible reimbursement according to the payment method chosen.

Shipment Confirmation Email: at the time we entrust the shipment to the courier we will notify you by sending you, an SMS (remember to indicate your cell phone in the order form) and/or a Shipment Confirmation email ("CONFIRMATION OF ORDER EVASION AND SENDING INVOICE"); from this moment the delivery time starts.
This email will contain all the details in relation to the delivery (products shipped, any amount due, forms of payment accepted by the Courier in charge, instructions for collection, etc.) and the tracking number of the shipment, thanks to which you can know the exact location of the package shipped; you can monitor its path online in real time directly on the site of the courier.

The tracking number is also present in your "Order History" accessible via Log In to your private area (if you are a registered user), or via the link in the "Order Registration Confirmation" email.

Checks to be made at the time of delivery: when the courier delivers the goods, we advise you to check carefully:

  • That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the transport document that we anticipate to you by email.
  • That the labels affixed to the packages show your name and address;
  • that the external state of the packages does not show any alterations or signs of tampering: the packaging must be intact, not damaged, nor wet
  • that the closing materials of the package (adhesive tape or plastic strapping) have not been tampered with or altered in any way.
